Position: Sr. Executive, Officer & Sr. Officer - Telemarketing (Acquisition)


  • To generate funds through Telemarketing fundraising technique using the prescribed material provided by the organization.

  • To acquire new donors and create/turn a lead.

  • To build a strong relationship with a natural ability to adapt appropriately and confidently to different audiences.

  • To assist the line manager in monthly and yearly planning.

  • To assist in Formulating Strategies and Concepts.

  • Act like a spokesperson by providing right information effectively to the donors.

  • Maintain the data of the donors.

  • To create & update all calling data.

  • Be up-to-date regarding organizations projects, events and achievements.

  • Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization.

  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the line manager.

Experience: Sr. Executive - 6 months to 1 Year | Officer & Sr. Officer - 1 to 2 Years


Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate


Other Skills: Passionate about Social Change.
Communication (Both English & Hindi).

Ability to provide information verbally - Clearly and Effectively.
Results driven but a team player (Self Target+ Team Target Achieving).
Excellent telephone etiquette, negotiation and convincing skills.
Moderate speed typing and basic computer skills.
Good Presentation skills.
Cold Calling.
Leadership and Team handling.
Enthusiastic & passionate to learn and grow.
