Position: Face-to-Face Fundraising (Sr. Executive, Team Leader)
To generate funds through Face-to-Face fundraising technique by pitching about our working areas/events/programs/achievements.
Proven experience of exceeding targets and working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Acquire new donors and create lead for potential donors.
Strong networking skills in building relationship with a natural ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences.
Excellent ability to motivate, inspire and influence people.
Act like a spokesperson by providing right information effectively to the donors.
Flexibility and willingness to travel where needed to support events.
Maintain the data of the donors.
To create & update all visiting data.
Ability to think creatively and to respond quickly to new opportunities and changes in the funding environment
Update self-knowledge about our projects, events and achievements.
Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining to the organization.
Perform other duties as and when assigned by the line manager.
Experience: Sr. Executive - 6 months to 1 year | Team Leader - 2.5 years & above
Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate
Passionate about Social Change.
Excellent prospect research skills and knowledge of funding sources.
Communication (Both English & Hindi).
Strong time management skills and adherence to deadlines
Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
Enthusiastic & passionate to learn & grow.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
