Position: Officer / Sr. Officer & Team Leader - Telemarketing (Retention)


  • Achieve donation targets by growing support from existing Donors, as well as identifying and securing new donors.

  • Confident in relationship building with a natural ability to adapt appropriately to different audiences.

  • To generate appointments to inspire our supporters to contribute funds and become financial donors.

  • Responsible for accuracy of new enrolments through reference, reactivation, renewal and upgrade.

  • To create & update all calling data and maintain database of the supporters feedback.

  • Build a solid understanding of our donors using data and research to build insight, define different segments and tailor communications accordingly.

  • Mail supporters with relevant information on a regular basis.

  • Ensure that the details of our Programs are clearly communicated and understood by the supporter.

  • Benchmark the Retention programme against industry benchmarks for loyalty and lifetime value.

  • Ensure confidentiality of information pertaining the organization.

  • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the line manager.

Experience: Officer/Sr. Officer - 1 to 2 Years | Team Leader - 2.5 Years & above


Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate
