Position : Communications Manager
Profile : The Communication Manager will be leading the internal and external communications for India. Provide the support to regions/ national teams on communication concepts. Will be responsible for branding, PR, communications, marketing and content for the organisation on different communications platforms. Ensure that all communication materials are as per the goals and priorities of the organization. Will be in-charge of developing brochures, articles, blogs, etc. Responsible for creating, updating the websites. Supervise the process of content development and communication through the websites. Ensure that all web based content is in line with the communication strategy. Strategy for communications on old and new media. Supervise the process of media buying and ensure that content is of a high quality as well as the choice of medium is appropriate.
Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience of managing communication in the development sector.
Qualification : Master’s degree in communication/ journalism/ media / related field would be preferred.

Position : Programme Executive
Profile : The Programme Executive shall be responsible for program planning, program monitoring & evaluation, program management and impact assessment of non-profits involved in development interventions. The candidate shall be required to travel to all regional programs of the organisation for evaluation on a regular basis.
Experience : The candidate should have completed a minimum of 4 year’s experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) of programmes. Should have a thorough understanding of program budgets, fund utilization and management.
Qualification : Master in Social Work (MSW) from a reputed institute.

Position : Head – Accounts and Finance
Profile : To support organizational financial objectives by providing financial analyses and recommendations. To develop accounting strategies by contributing towards accounting and financial information, analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives. Provides financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial information; advising departments on the collection and analysis of data. Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations. Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations; presenting tax strategies to management; filing returns. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Oversees the general accounting function which includes inter-company accounting, cash management/bank reconciliation, financial reporting, balance sheet management. Interacting with branch accountants and synchronizing the accounts with Head office. Maintaining banking relationships and carrying out all banking and investments related activities. Handles accounting of events and all event related activities Ensuring statutory compliance. Well versed in service tax, sales tax, professional tax, income tax laws and regulations.
Experience : Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience (Trust accounting experience preferred). Well versed in Tally ERP and branch accounting, treasury/legal/secretarial knowledge as well as statutory compliances: MVAT, CST, income tax, TDS etc.
Qualification : Chartered Accountant/ MBA - FINANCE with core financial accounting knowledge

Profile : The Resource Mobilisation Head shall be responsible for supervising a team and ensuring generation of funds.
Experience : The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in raising funds for a charitable organisation. Candidates with experience in sales, marketing, public relations or events in a service industry/corporate house shall be considered with preference given to candidates with prior experience in fundraising.
Qualification : The candidate should be a graduate (any stream) or post graduate with specialisation in Marketing.
Other Skills : Effective communication skills, target driven, result oriented, computer literate, multi-tasking abilities and event management skills.
