o Responsible for accuracy of new enrolments through reference, reactivation, renewal and upgrade.
o To create & update all calling data and maintain database of the supporters feedback.
o Build a solid understanding of our donors using data and research to build insight, define different segments and tailor communications accordingly.
o Mail supporters with relevant information on a regular basis.

Position : Event Executive
Profile : o On ground management of events, coordination with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning.
o Travelling to onsite inspections for events.
o Planning, implementation and follow-up for events.
o Conceptualizing of new event ideas and building data base for potential clients and sponsors.
o Develop and maintain event databases.
o Establish standardized event procedures and train staff into properly executing them.
o Build and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns
o Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events.
o Follow-through and willingness to conduct pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting on the outcomes
o Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.

Profile : o Establishing and maintaining existing alliances and partnerships, and explore new ones to increase the organisation's reach and the resources generated, with NGO, corporates/ institutions / high-net- worth (HNW) individual donors.
o Conducting presentations for corporate houses and collaborating with them for raising funds.
o Brainstorming new and innovative fund raising activities, creating proposal for its approval.
o Handling the execution of the activities.
o Maximize resource generation from corporate donors.
o Generate resources and maintain operational costs in order to achieve and exceed the budgeted levels of profitability.
o Prepare effective proposals for grants/ CSR/ donations.
o Inspiring new supporters to raise money, while maintaining and developing relationships with existing supporters.
o Developing new and imaginative fundraising activities, many of which involve organizing events.

Experience : Candidates with experience in fundraising/ sales/ marketing/ public relations or events in a service industry / corporate house shall be considered. Minimum 8-10 years' experience.
Qualification : Graduate or Post Graduate from a reputed institute or Diploma from a respected educational institution.
