|Profile||:||The Fundraiser shall be responsible for generating funds independently by developing and implementing innovative resource mobilization strategies and identifying new opportunities through fundraising events and campaigns.|

|Position||:||Head - Program|
|Profile||:||The Programme Head shall lead the programme and be responsible for program planning, program monitoring & evaluation, program management and impact assessment for the branch level programs of Concern India foundation.|
|Experience||:|| o Lead and direct the program team at the branch and give clear direction to the team members and allocate tasks on timely basis.
o Lead the NGO selection, empanelment process, documentation and process for conditional approval with RM
o Should have a thorough understanding of program budgets, fund utilization.
o Lead the development of work-plans, budgets, MoU with partners and tracking on the annual progress of the project within the prescribed time-lines
o Regular monitoring of Projects implemented by the Branch.
o Review of financials of the Projects and conduct audits of the programmes with the finance team.
o Responsible for projects implementation, Monitoring and documentation, maintaining program tracker on line on a daily basis.
Ensure data quality assurance and supervisory visits to NGO with program teams
o Provide technical support for employee engagement in line with branch manager and collate data on the outcomes and reach of employee engagement activities.
o Work in line with branch manager and fund raising team on the potential & pipeline proposals which needs support on a regular basis
o Lead and be responsible for the development of proposal, synopsis for pitching for fund raising.
o Coordination with fund raising team on the potential proposal preparation and presentations as per need.
|Qualification||:||The candidate should have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in planning, monitoring and evaluation (PME) of programmes. The candidate should have completed Master in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent Post graduate degree from a reputed institute.|
|Other Skills||:||Effective communication, reporting and documentation skills, presentation skills, good analytical and problem solving skills and should be savvy with Microsoft Office.|

|Profile||:|| o On ground management of events, coordination with vendors, exhibitors and stakeholders during event planning.
o Travelling to onsite inspections for events.
o Planning, implementation and follow-up for events.
o Conceptualizing of new event ideas and building data base for potential clients and sponsors.
o Develop and maintain event databases.
o Establish standardized event procedures and train staff into properly executing them.
o Build and adhere to an event budget to avoid project overruns
o Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events.
o Follow-through and willingness to conduct pre-and post-event evaluations, reporting on the outcomes
o Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
o Send thank you notes to all agency donors in a timely manner.
|Experience||:||Work experience of 5 years with on-ground experience. Media background preferred.|
|Qualification||:||Bachelor's degree in media / related field would be preferred.|

|Experience||:||Candidates with experience in fundraising/ sales/ marketing/ public relations or events in a service industry / corporate house shall be considered. Minimum 8-10 years' experience.|
