Our Disability Inclusion programmes span education, creative expression, skilling, and employment — offering children and adults with physical, cognitive, visual, and auditory impairments the support they need to thrive. Working closely with special schools, NGOs, and community partners, we take a holistic approach that celebrates every individual’s potential and builds pathways to independence.

Our work addresses the unspoken needs of children with special needs — from early detection and the provision of hearing aids, to inclusive education, youth scholarships, and assistive devices such as tablets and customised learning tools. We support special schools by covering staff salaries and upgrading institutions for children with visual and hearing impairments. Our vocational training programmes have empowered youth with disabilities, with 80% securing sustainable employment.

Beyond the classroom, we celebrate the potential of every child. Through Light Up Lives, children with visual, physical, and auditory impairments take centre stage — performing, dancing, and singing in a joyful showcase that inspires participants and families alike. Colours of Concern offers a creative platform for children to express themselves through art, while annual Sports Meets nurture confidence and camaraderie. Together, these events bring hundreds of children together each year — turning every performance, painting, and podium moment into a powerful affirmation of ability.

We are committed to building genuine economic independence for adults with disabilities through targeted skilling and employability programmes. By equipping individuals with practical, market-relevant skills — from running cafes and stalls to handling CRM and backend operations — we open doors to meaningful livelihood opportunities. These initiatives not only enhance employability but restore confidence and dignity, enabling people with disabilities to participate actively and independently in the workforce.
